Wine List

By the Glass Sparkling Blanc de Blancs Brut, Pierre Gimonnet & Fils, Champagne, France Fine bubbles with notes of green apple and citrus zest. Grüner Veltliner Sekt, Bründlmayer, Austria Crisp with aromas of green pear and white pepper. White Riesling Kabinett, Joh. Jos. Prüm, Mosel, Germany Off-dry with green apple, peach, and slate minerality. Gewürztraminer, Zind-Humbrecht, Alsace, France Aromatic with lychee, rose petal, and sweet spices. Grüner Veltliner, Weingut Knoll, Wachau, Austria Lime zest, white pepper, and a hint of stone fruit. Chenin Blanc, Domaine Huet “Le Mont” Sec, Vouvray, France Mineral-driven with quince and pear. Red Pinot Noir, Domaine Drouhin, Oregon, USA Cherry, cranberry, and earthy undertones. Bourgogne Rouge, Michel Gros, Burgundy, France Wild berries and a refined, lingering finish. By the Bottle Iconic Rieslings Riesling Auslese, Peter Lauer “Kupp Fass 1985,” Saar, Germany A rare and exceptional vintage with honeyed apricot, dried pineapple, and a profound mineral backbone. This wine showcases remarkable depth and a lingering, silky finish—an unforgettable experience.
